How Our Live Activation Works

We bring the whole experience to you. Our team arrives with a fully styled station, premium materials and expert stylists, ready to turn your event into something guests take part in, not just attend.
Choose our signature custom hat bar or any of our experiences, from permanent jewelry and live embroidery to leather branding, bolo ties and charm necklaces. You can also combine several.
1. Guests choose their piece. Each guest picks a hat, chain, leather good or accessory from a curated collection in colors and finishes chosen to match your event, venue or brand.
2. We customize it live. Guests pick their bands, feathers, charms, initials or thread color, and our stylists steam, shape, brand, stitch or weld each piece right in front of them. Your logo, monogram or wedding date can be added too.
3. They leave with a keepsake. Every guest walks away wearing or carrying something one of a kind, and you get a crowd that lingers, connects and fills your event photos.
